About the centre

Our centre in Kings Park opens in early 2026 at Kings Park Primary School. It’s run by Early Learning Victoria, a Victorian Government organisation. We will offer long day care and integrated kinder for 130 children each day. With 7 rooms built for different ages and designed for learning and play, your child will thrive here.

The centre has:

  • a consulting room for child and family services, such as maternal and child health and allied health
  • a multi-purpose room for community meetings and playgroups.

Programs

We offer high-quality childcare and kinder in Kings Park:

  • Long day care (childcare): 130 places for children aged 0-6.
  • Kinder: Integrated programs for 3- and 4-year-olds within the long day care setting.
  • At least one qualified early childhood teacher in each kinder room, providing a high-quality kinder program.

Ratios

All our centres comply with national standards for educator-to-child ratios:

  • For babies and children under 3 years old, this means 1 educator for every 4 children.
  • For children aged 3 years and above, this means 1 educator for every 11 children.
